SKIN BREAKOUT PART 2

If you’ve read the Part1, this is not a continuation of it but rather I had another major breakout.

While waiting for the result of NLE, I tried to apply in a call center company (Convergys) fortunately I got in and bound for 6 months contract. Just after a month the result of NLE went out, I absolutely passed.

I thought before being a customer representative is an easy job. I was wrong I went through intensive training and take note the company is not locally owned so rules are strictly implemented and should be followed.
After 5 months of grave yard shift, 9 hours a day in the office my bio clock and bodily processes has shifted as well. Thus after 6 months of being pimple-free skin I was again attacked by zits which again turned out to be huge acnes. That time I was capable to finance myself in going to a reputable and credible derma. Because I can no longer do the previous regimens I did during my first breakout I don’t have enough time due to work.

It started again with one pimple on my left cheek then started to reproduce every single day. Or the old and shrink one will be replaced by a new one. I read through reviews about skin clinics. And I found one just within Makati area where was my office was near. The Skin Clinic by Annaliza C. dela Rosa, MD. The clinic is located at Pasong Tamo, Dela Rosa Square. (Click to see Review of the clinic)

I had 2 sessions of glycolic peel once a week. When the acne dried out and no new growth of acne I had diamond peel. And I followed the prescription of products that would suit my skin.
* Facial wash – mild liquid soap
* Toner – Clindamycin Solution
* Cream – 5% Glycolic Acid (applied at night/ sleep. I used this during the healing period of my skin)
* Sunscreen – Hamilton Superblock SPF80 (I only use this if I’ll be exposed to sun too much like travel or vacation)
* Moisturizer – Celeteque (used morning and evening)

After 2 months of using these skin routine and products my skin had its glow back. It became pimple-free again. I’m trying to be committed visiting the clinic and have diamond peel even just once a month but sometimes I never do so.

And as my dermatologist advised me I changed shampoo and conditioner. i searched and read labels of different shampoos local and foreign brands.
My new shampoo: NIVEA baby Silk Shine Shampo and;
 New conditioner is: Citre Shine fresh Fusion

I am neither a skin consultant nor endorsing a product. I am just sharing my opinion based on my own experience. Take note, these products and steps might have worked for me but might not suit your skin. Better yet consult dermatologist.
